Since October 2019 I have run a successful micro bakery making products with a focus on my cultural heritage and country of birth. Babka has always been the main event with a core range plus seasonal flavour specials, but I soon expanded my range into biscuits and cakes. My biscuit range is heavily influenced by my early childhood in South Africa. My bakes have been stocked in places such as Selfridges food hall, Melrose & Morgan and various delis across the country.
